BELLE HARBOR

The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and sleeps 6 to 8. Two bedrooms have
king-size beds (both with new mattresses), one bedroom has two twin-size beds,
and a queen-size air mattress is also available. New furniture has been added to
one bedroom and the living room. The Kitchen has new dishes, cookware, water
filter, and convection/toaster oven. New linens have also been added throughout
the unit. The view from the lanai includes a glimpse of the Gulf as well as
Mandalay Avenue. Belle Harbor offers a pool, club house, social room, and gym
for its residents. The Belle Harbor community has 24/7 gated security. It is
situated steps away from beaches, parks, restaurants, and Pier 60. Belle Harbor
requires a minimum rental of one month. Multi-month discounts apply.

If you rent the month of March at regular price, take the last week of February for
